Sometimes when we feel the least, God is actually doing the most. When a caterpillar is inside the cocoon it doesn't look like much is happening, but a tremendous transformation is occurring. While we're being restored, there's a healing process taking place that can't always be seen with the naked eye. During this season it's important to rest. It's like we are going through surgery, and right after surgery is not the time to go run a marathon! Many don't know how to rest without feeling guilty, but rest is from God.
